TDA2002V

The TDA2002 and TDA2002A are monolithic integrated circuits designed for class B audio power amplifier applications using low impedance loads (down to 1.6 ohms). They are constructed using the Fiarchild Planar epitaxial process. The devices typically provide 8 watts at 14.4 volts, 2 ohms, and 6.5 watts at 16 volts, 4 ohms.
